Production Methods
There are a lot of production methods, which could be used in a 3D environment.
Actually, I want them all!! Here a list of possiblilities I want to investigate:
- Milling machine (2½D or better) (Brass, Aluminum, Wood, Plastics, Foam)
- Foam cutter (burning a hot wire through foam)
- Rapid Proto Typing (STL or other variants)
- 3D Measurement device
- 2D Cutter/engrave machine (printing boards, cardboard etc)
- 2D Plotter
The focus is on the first 3 applications.
